Vozah stores your name, email address, account credentials, practice transcripts, scores, usage, and team membership to provide sales practice and coaching.
Voice and AI processing
Live practice audio and uploaded recordings are sent to OpenAI for voice interaction, transcription, or analysis. Vozah stores the resulting transcripts and feedback. Uploaded audio is processed for transcription and is not saved as an audio file by the application. Avoid including sensitive customer information or recordings you do not have permission to use.
Teams and sharing
When you join a team, your practice activity and scores appear in the team dashboard. Team members can view the roster and aggregate progress. Enabling a scorecard share link makes its feedback accessible to anyone with the link; you can revoke it. Leaderboards show your own progress and your team's progress.
Service providers
Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details. Vozah stores customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers. Resend delivers account emails when configured. Session cookies keep you signed in. If analytics are configured, the website loads Plausible analytics.
Requests and contact
Contact hello@vozah.com for access, correction, export, or deletion requests and questions about retention. Account and practice records remain stored until removed through a supported request or operational retention process.
